I understand the mixed reviews on this item. I was attracted to the wonderful pattern on the sleeve -attractive and sophisticated compared to some other laptop bags. However, I can see where the handles are a problem if you want to carry your laptop in that way. I don't, so I can fully close the zipper with the handles inside and just carry it or place it in my larger computer bag. I had hoped that the sleeve would have a silkier sheen on the exterior, but it's definitely neoprene which is fine for protecting whatever is inside -just not quite as elegant as it might have been. Overall I like it and am happy with my purchase.
