I bought this because even though my 10" Toshiba Thrive is in a really tough and durable leather case, I wanted a little extra protection for when I am hauling it around in messenger bag with no padded laptop compartment. None of the tablet caryy cases can accomodate this monster of a tablet in its leather case, so I bought this instead. I am forty something and though I think this thing is ugly as all get out, it is rarely going to be viewed outside of my messenger bag. It has essentially become the padded compartment missing from my favorit bag. What's nice is that not only will it accomodate my Thrive, there is also room for the bluetooth keyboard and the ac adapter. They had neoprene cases from the same brand that weren't as childish looking, but this was so much cheaper I figured wha the heck. After having it for a few weeks, it has kind of grown on me.

My 12 year old loves to use my iPad whenever we travel... and it has a cover but the stand and bluetooth keyboard were always 'here and there' this holds all three with some protection and was a style he liked. Helps him to take better care of the techno stuff.
