Fits great, closes well, and my boss was happiest with this one over four other similar products. Nice that it is made for his Sony since I couldn't find anything else like it even from Sony.

Only bad thing is that the end towards the opening isn't exactly closed. The corners are protected but whatever ports or DVD drive is facing that way is completely exposed. Can't see it clearly in the picture but look for a dip in the neoprene just in from the corners. The fabric latch has little protection built in and that's where he will get someone to sew in a better cover.
