I purchased the Hammerhead case for my MacBook Air 11" from a local vendor in NYC and had to write a review based on the quality of this product. I cannot speak for this seller but as for the case itself: I really like it.

I don't even mind that I paid nearly twice what it is selling for on this page (I paid $54.00 with tax.) It is worth it!

The leather is of superior quality (very supple to the touch and nice to look at/handle) and the case is impeccably sewn together. There are no scuffs, frayed threads, or irregularities that I can find. The inside of the case is smooth microfiber of some kind which will definitely keep the computer's case from getting scratched.

Overall the Hammerhead Leather Envelope has a classy, understated profile that nicely compliments the slim elegant look of the MacBook Air.

I am very unhappy with this product. My 11 in Macbook Air wouldn't even go into the sleeve half way. Then it was nearly impossible for me to get it [pissed me off even more]. I would have returned it but there's a damn restocking fee. And I feel it would very foolish of me to return something, not get all of my money back, and have nothing to show for it. So currently the sleeve sits on my office desk. And I guess I'll find a purpose for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

This product is top notch. It is real leather,very snug and secure. The flap that closes it is very secure, and well made. I can't say enough about this product it is AWESOME!!!!

Made from high quality leather. Nice internal material as well. Its a bit too wide for the prime, but its still a secure fit. It will not fit with the keyboard dock. Great for use around the house!

Pros: This is a very comfortable laptop case. It is made of high quality leather. My Macbook fits perfectly and is not loose in side. It has a layer of hard cushion installed inside to prevent it from bending.

I preferred it to other products because of the quality it has, protection it provides and the way it looks (very classy and professional).

Cons: Initially it was very tight, however now its smoother and I can place and remove my laptop easier.
