Excellent neoprene sleeve with soft lining that won't scratch MBP. Zipper allows charging while in sleeve (and won't scratch MBP either). Most importantly, it perfectly fits the current MBP13 Retina (late-2012/mid-2013). Other sleeves must have been designed for previous models because the MBP slides around in sleeve.

Searched for a while on Amazon before finding this. Maybe it's the non-Prime designation (Grantwood shipped direct with free 2day USPS Priority). But it's a great choice if you're looking for alternatives to Incase ($40) or Case Logic ($12).
