First of all, This case is not specifically designed for the Transformer prime. It's a universal case for any 10" tablet or netbook.

That being said, It's not bad. My Transformer fits nicely inside, there is a sewn lip inside the case that you can fold over the top of the tablet to keep it from sliding around.

It fits fine with the keyboard and the tablet together. Even the tablet by itself is okay because of the lip inside of it this was a nice surprise that's not in the description.

It's made in china if that matters to anyone.

Being that it's neoprene, it smells really funky for a few days after you take it out of the package, but it goes away.

The side pouch is nice for accessories, I have my HDMI cable, a cloth, and a stylus in mine and there's still some room.

I don't know what SumacLife is exactly, because the case is actually a KROO brand case (If you google "Kroo case", you'll see these on their site), and it comes in KROO packaging.

The wristband is pointless, do people even wear these anymore?

So other than a misleading item description, and it actually being a universal tablet/netbook sleeve, it works well, and It gives my tablet some extra protection while I'm carrying it around all day.

I bought this case to carry my transformer Prime and Keyboard together. It is very well constructed, and does not add extra bulk when carrying around. It also has a pocket to carry my charger and HDMI cable, I would recommend this product!....

It's a standard sleeve with zipper, and a minor front pocket also with a zipper to store stuff like charger and other minor things. All in all just what I wanted. The tablet+docking is protected well in this sleeve. It takes up very little space in a backpack, bag or where ever you want to store it. A product I didn't manage to find in any physical store.
