I actually bought three different sleeves for my new MBA, just to have various versions. This one was the most expensive by 2-fold; however, the case is by far the most protective, has the best "feel" and has the most features. It is the only case of the three that I would consider using if I thought there was a reasonable chance of droppage. The only slightly negative comment I could make is that it is SO padded, it really doesn't look like an envelope and takes up considerable room. In conclusion, for the best protection, this is the way to go, but just for a slipcase, I would go with something else.

It's a great product if it's put together right. Unfortunately, mine isn't. The velcro tabs that "hook" the fuzzy flap were not properly stitched in, and they're coming out. So I've contacted the seller (Semsons) for an exchange. Let's see if it happens.
