I bought this sleeve for my laptop. It was too small. After several emails with customer service, I wasn't able to get one that fit. The service was first rate. They offered to send me a new one at no cost to me and I didn't have to return the original one. They fully refunded me for the purchase and told me to keep the first one. They definitely put their customers first. If I need a purchase for my laptop in the future, I will look at Duragadget first.
