This is exactly the kind of case I was looking for to protect my new laptop. It has a removable strap so that it can be worn like a messenger bag, or tucked into one of my purses/totes or luggage, while still remaining protective. The outer glossy finish leads me to believe that if any droplets of water were to hit it, they would be easily repelled & my device would still be fine. Aside from that, the design is elegant & classy, and it is very lightweight. This is exactly what I wanted!
