Update: After much trying and discussion, it was determined that this sleeve is going to be too big for the HP Envy Ultrabook 15.6 size. I'm changing the rating, not because of the company, but because of the product. If you have a larger laptop, this is a great sleeve, but it is not going to fit the smaller form factor.
Update: This firm takes customer service darned seriously. They contacted me about my review and I explained that I didn't think it was their fault that the sleeve didn't fit right but rather the manufacturer. They are sending me a different sleeve, FREE OF CHARGE, with FREE Shipping. If the new sleeve fits, I'll be updating this review to a five star, and yes, I will be marking this as a vendor I will do business with again. I wish they would write a blog entry on how to provide good customer service!
I've got two inches too much for this sleeve to fit the Omni book it says it is for. Very disappointed.
