Slow delivery. It turns out this came from the UK which I did not notice until after I ordered, which was not that big a deal but required some patience. The product was the color, size and style as represented but appeared a little beat up when it arrived. It works and am happy overall. It was bought for a HP G42 laptop. It fits well with a little room to spare for a cord.
