I received the case in a very timely manner, however the packaging that it was in was a bag type of mail and it had been banged up. The product itself wasn't damaged as I do not blame the seller for the damage at all. I do love the case and would recommend to anyone as I have received so many compliments on it. Only thing is.. and as with all neoprene type of material it does have a distinctive odor, it is washable and I may try to gently wash it in the hopes to get the plastic smell to die down some... other than that I am COMPLETELY satisfied with this product and seller =) 2 thumbs up!!!
