Got this for my 12" ibook and it fits PERFECTLY. The padding is thick. The green color isn't as bright as it showed on my screen. But that could just be a screen issue. The lining is black corduroy and there's a padded interior flap also in black corduroy that covers the top edge of the laptop. The exterior flap isn't padded but does feature a pattern of white sumo logos on black. super cute! I just wish they didn't have the size "12"" tag on the inside flap. Ironically, the reverse of that tag says "Made in China". Guess I'll just have to get the scissors...

The sleeve itself is good. Seems durable and protective. However, I have an hp tx1000 laptop, which fits within the dimensions stated for this sleeve, and it barely fits in. At first it was a huge struggle to get the notebook in or out. the sleeve is stretching out a little over time, so it's usable now, but still, if you have an hp tx1000, don't buy this.
