This case does what it says on the tin. Its slimline design means that it is not bulky like other cases which makes it easy to carry around and also means I can put it in my tote bag when traveling (saves carrying multiple bags). This case is also useful for when I am just at home. Once I have finished using my laptop for the day I zip it up in this case and know that it is safe from dust and potential scratches. but it does what it suppose to do. it will protect from scratches.
The material is so thin and elastic so that when I lift the case with a laptop inside, it stretches and I end up holding the stretched part of the sleeve and the laptop is hanging inside the sleeve.
for what it is worth, it is a OK product.

I had to return this sleeve. The description says it would fit an Apple 13.3" or Macbook 13". Perhaps I was wrong to rely on that, but my Dell is the same size as my son's 13" Macbook, so I figured if it fits that or an Apple 13.3" then it should be no problem. Could tell right away when it arrived that the zipper would not even close around my Dell. Also, it may be water resistant (no chance to check that out), but "premium" is probably not the word I'd use. It is a really thin material. The adage "you get what you pay for" seems to apply here. I sent it back and got a padded laptop sleeve instead for about $10 more and it is perfect.

The delivery estimate was 7-14 days and I ordered it in time, anticipating a trip in 2.5 weeks. At 2.5 weeks, I still had not received this item; it took 3 weeks to get here. The material is flimsy and will not protect your mac if you drop it. I don't particularly understand the practical functionality of this item.
