I ordered this for my 15.6" Toshiba laptop and it fits perfectly! I've had a problem with zippers on things so I'll just mention the zippers work fine!

I think some one in one of the reviews mentioned it smelled bad. It does smell like new shoes and its a powerful odor but its not unbearable. It should fade fairly quickly.

It came much sooner than expected; about 10 days.

Overall I am completely satisfied!

Oh, and it does resist water.
